Proposed workshop:
We’d like to present the VODO project, and see how it might be applicable to South American creators. We’re particularly keen to see how we can work with local filmmakers who might benefit from distribution through VODO.
We currently reach about 750,000 people per free-to-share distribution, and we’re working with various new revenue models to remunerate creators. We have been successful in earning over $30,000 for creators using these methods. We’d love to explore these and other models with others in the field of free culture and see how they can be replicated and extended.
